There is nothing physical
Vargani is a web application. Nothing is posted, couriered or delivered to an address, and there are no delivery charges.
When access begins
Immediately. Sign in with Google and your mandal is usable at once, on the free tier, with no payment.
When you buy a plan or receipt top-up, the credits appear on your mandal as soon as the payment is confirmed — normally within seconds. If a payment succeeds and the credits do not appear, contact us and we will add them by hand.
How receipts reach donors
A receipt is generated on the collector's phone the moment an entry is saved. On a paid plan it is sent to the donor's WhatsApp automatically, usually within seconds.
If a delivery fails, the receipt credit is returned to your mandal and the receipt can still be shared by hand from the app.

Anywhere with an internet connection. Pricing and payment are in Indian rupees.
